Description

The Total Wellness Living program is a 6 week program to help manage pre/type 2 diabetes, decrease insulin resistance, create healthy and sustainable food habits, reduce stress, improve sleep and increase energy. It provides you with the knowledge and tools you need, helping you start to feel better in as little as 4 weeks. This program starts by reviewing your health and family history, providing a supplement analysis and customized recommendations to get you started on your journey. The next sessions focus on a variety of topics such as nutrition, diabetes education, physical activity, sleep patterns and stress management options to bring you to optimal health and wellness. We work on connecting the mind, body and spirit together.

Details

Six, one hour, one on one phone calls or video chats every week by Zoom. This time will give us the opportunity to talk about what you have learned and to answer any questions that may have come up. We will set goals, review your progress toward your goals from the previous week and celebrate your successes along the way.

In the Total Wellness Living program, you get recommendations on alternative options in managing your diabetes, nutrition recommendations, stress management techniques and sleep techniques that you can use to give you the energy to spend time with your loved ones again. You will be set up for long-term success, taking back control of your metabolic health so it no longer controls you. Also included is access to help with physician appointments, medication changes and email/text/phone access with Stacey for the duration of the program.
